Ale Asylum Hopalicious - Madison, WI
Hopalicious is a refreshing American Pale Ale unique enough for the connoisseur, approachable enough for the novice, and drinkable to everyone. Sure, we could have made it “Bitterlicious”, or even “Maltalicious” for that matter. But we didn’t. We made it Hopalicious. And we made it for the everyday hophead who wants bold, citrus hop flavor without crazy bitterness.

Tyranena Bitter Woman IPA - Lake Mills, WI
Bitter Woman IPA is a Wisconsin variation of an India Pale Ale.  This beer is intensely bitter with a mighty hop flavor and aroma.  Lest we forget Aunt Cal, an early resident of Lake Mills.  Local history remembers her for blindly running into a hitching post and saying, "Excuse me, Dr. Dodge!"  It was said that she was an old sweetheart of the famous American poet, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.  And she still had the love letters to prove it!  Sadly, Aunt Cal never wed.  We brewed our Bitter Woman IPA the way we imagine Aunt Cal may have been, very fruity and intensely bitter.  So lift up a pint of Bitter Woman IPA and toast Aunt Cal and the bitter woman you know.  Cheers!

Tyranena Rocky's Revenge - Lake Mills, WI
Rocky’s Revenge is an American brown ale with a portion aged in bourbon barrels.  Each bourbon barrel will contribute its own unique character to this rich, satisfying ale.  Deep in the darkest depths of Rock Lake prowls a great saurian known today as Rocky.  The legend of Rocky is old.  The ancient inhabitants of Aztalan warned of the beast by building a giant serpent mound at the lakes edge.  The early residents of Lake Mills were forewarned of a guardian placed in the lake to protect its sacred stone tepees.  And history tells of numerous encounters with Rocky, who became a source of great worry and fear.  Although not seen for over a century, divers still experience a feeling of dread and being watched.  Enjoy Rockys Revenge, our offering to this legendary protector of Tyranena.

Lakefront Big Easy - Milwaukee, WI

Just a few batches of Big Easy Lager is brewed every year to celebrate Mardi Gras. Don't be fooled by this beer's light color: at about 7% alcohol by volume, it can very quickly make you the life of the party! Pours a brilliant blonde-gold with a bright white fluffy head. Malty aromas blend with German noble Hallertauer hops. The flavor is bold and malty, with a robust sweetness provided by ample amounts of Munich pale malt that continues to the clean finish.A great crowd pleaser, and a fabulous beer for Carnival, whether you're celebrating down in the French Quarter or right here with us in Milwaukee.  Pairs well with Cajun, or any spicy food.  A rounded hop flavor and crisp carbonation lift the spiciness of gumbo and jambalaya, while the substantial body stands up to the richness of dishes like etouffee. The sweetness can almost even pair with caramely pralines.

Lakefront IPA - Milwaukee, WI

Pours a hazy orange with a rocky white head that lasts, and leaves soft lace on your glass as you sip this refreshing beer. American Cascade and Chinook hops dominate the aroma, yielding a citrusy, floral bouquet. The hops give a nice bitter bite to the flavor, but this beer is surprisingly well balanced with a full body and smooth malty flavor to back up the hops. New Glarus Fat Squirrel - New Glarus, WI

One deceptively spring like winter day, Brewmaster Dan walked home from the brewery, sat down to dinner and said, "Boy, there are some fat squirrels out there. They're running all over the place. I think I should brew a Fat Squirrel Nut Brown Ale." Deb agreed and so another beer legend was born. 100% Wisconsin malt of six different varieties impart the natural toasted color to this bottle conditioned unfiltered ale. Clean hazelnut notes result from these carefully chosen barley malts. Hops from Slovenia, Bavaria and the Pacific Northwest give Fat Squirrel its backbone. When the going gets tough, remember to relax a moment and enjoy the "Fat Squirrel" in your neighborhood.

New Belgium Belgo - Fort Collins, CO

When this brewery sets out to brew, they use imagination and salvation to guide them- not necessarily style guidelines. It’s the Belgian way. So, Ameri-Belgo and IPA both being styles, the branding begged for New Belgium whimsy to liven things up. Hmmm Belgo sounds like a Belgian disco. Hops like to party. Next thing you know, we bust out a disco-ball and brewers started groovin. Hops started hoppin. Add in an authentic Trappist yeast strain and the place brewed into a frenzy of citrus hoppy folly.
