CHAMPPS AMERICANA is proud to offer a wide selection of food options and we ask that all choices be selected from the specific banquet menu created by our culinary director. Ten days prior to your banquet a complete menu including choice of entrees, any specifics relating to your function as well as your estimated number of guests should be presented to our event planner.

Prepared food is to be consumed during your function and will not to be allowed to be removed from the designated function room. No food and beverage may be brought into the restaurant from outside sources except specialty cakes.

Guarantee Policy

An expected number of guests will be required to reserve a section of our private area. It will be at the discretion of the event planner to make sure the space reserved is adequate for the party. We ask that the final number of guests in attendance be given to the event planner (3) working days prior to the function date. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the estimated number indicated on the initial contract to be the correct guaranteed number.
Menu selections must be provided (7) days prior to the event.

Pricing

All menu prices are subject to change prior to final confirmation of your event. Menu pricing does not include sales tax and the 18% gratuity charge which is non-negotiable.

Room charges

Upon confirmation of your reservation a deposit of $100.00 is required. The amount of the deposit will be applied towards the fulfillment of the contract. A food and beverage minimum which does not include gratuity is specified by the event coordinator will be required for the space that is being reserved. In the event the balance is not met; the remainder becomes the responsibility of the contracted party.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than (10) days prior to the function date.

Billing

Upon completion of your event, an itemized check will be presented to you verifying the guest count and services rendered. You may either pay at this time or make prior credit arrangements.

Beverage Service

We are pleased to offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your function. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of Wisconsin, therefore it is a policy that no liquor, beer or wine may be brought into our banquet facilities from outside sources. Cocktail service is offered for all functions.

Details

If attendance drops or increases, we reserve the right to change, with notification, groups to suitable sections of the private area for their attendance. Any specific room arrangements, table set up, audio visual equipment, entertainment or decoration needs you would like incorporated in your plans should be brought to the catering manager as soon as possible.

Our catering manager will be available to assist you with any of your banquet and/or meeting needs. We look forward to serving you.
