Pulled pork sandwich made with tender cuts of pork shoulder slow smoked over Hickory wood and hand pulled.  Served on a toasted sesame seed roll with a side of BBQ sauce.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

An herbed parmesan crusted chicken breast pan-fried and topped with marinara sauce and provolone cheese. Served on garlic butter toasted Vienna bread with lettuce and tomato.

French Dip

Sliced choice of Angus roast beef dipped in a natural gravy and topped with caramelized onions and melted fresh mozzarella cheese.  Served on te with a side of au jus.

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

 A charbroiled or deep-fried chicken breast basted with our spicy buffalo sauce and served on a toasted sesame bun with shredded lettuce and a side of blue cheese dressing.

Reuben or Rachel

Shaved corned beef or turkey breast, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and Swiss cheese, grilled and served on marble rye bread.
